The room was super cozy and had a fantastic shower that made my stay really enjoyable. I loved chilling on the sun terrace and taking walks in the lovely garden area. The only downside was the room size felt a bit smaller than expected, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

Delicious breakfasts and friendly vibes
Spent 3 nights here with friends and it was pretty solid. The place was super clean and the breakfasts were totally spot on—like, best way to kickstart the day! Dinner was good too, but the service could've used a sprinkle of more attention. had a nice time, just some dining staff seemed a bit rushed at times.

Great stay for couples looking for comfort
Had an amazing time sitting in the bar area, the locals were welcoming and full of stories. The steak pie was just extraordinary, best thing I've eaten in ages.
It wasn’t exactly pocket change but worth the splurge.

ideal base for city walks and nearby parks
I absolutely loved how close this place is to charming spots like Breamore House, great for a lovely stroll through the gardens, and it's only a short drive to Salisbury, where you can admire the stunning cathedral. the breakfasts were hearty and satisfying, and every morning was a delight in the light-filled conservatory dining area, making my stay feel warm and welcoming every day.

The patio area out back offers a clean, relaxed space to enjoy a drink outside. They bring treats for your dog, which is a nice touch. The 2 for £12 lunch menu features fresh, hearty portions that leave you satisfied without breaking the bank.
The food quality can be hit or miss. I had a poached egg that turned out hard-boiled, making breakfast unappealing after that. The bar is devoid of atmosphere and shuts down early, which doesn’t align well for late-night conversations or relaxation. On top of that, during a tapas evening, the kitchen surprisingly closed much too early, leaving us feeling rushed and ultimately disappointed.
